Classes
Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian jiu jitsu is a combat style that emphasizes leverage, control, and technique over strength and size. BJJ practitioners apply a variety of chokes and joint locks to “submit” their opponent.
MMA
This program is a combination of sport such as Brazilian jiu jitsu, muay thai, judo, and wrestling with knowledge of current fight techniques, trends, and tactics to create the right approach for each fighter. We have a variety of athletes from professional, amateur, and recreational fighters.
Muay Thai
Muay Thai is striking combat and stand-up sport that utilizes punches, elbows, kicks, and knees. Muay Thai is one of the most popular styles used in MMA and is an internationally loved sport.
Private Lessons
One-on-one training is a great way to quickly make massive improvements to your technique and skill. Our coaches create training programs specifically designed to address the things you need to work on and improve.
Sparring
Sparring is open to those who have been training with us for at least two months or who have previous experience training martial arts. Sparring allows students to test their skills against each other in a full-contact, supervised training enviroment.
Kids
Children ages 5 -12 learn the basic fundamentals of striking, jiu jitsu, and mixed martial arts. These valuable skills help kids boost confidence, self awareness, listening skills, and self defense.
